Melanated Wellness Foundation presents at the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. 2024 Annual Retreat

Over the weekend (8/24/24) Melanated Wellness Foundation CEO, Erin Nkele, LCPC, had a chance to present to the illustrious Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD), Inc., Montogomery County, MD chapter. The event was a relaxed affair where Erin filled in the ladies on the causes of stress and mindfulness strategies to help manage stress at any age. Thanks very much to the ladies of TLOD, Inc.!
